The Healthibella Team and I are thrilled to invite you to this exquisite 17th century finca above Puerto de Soller for our Botanical Dinner Cooking Course on Friday, September 23!

This Healthibella dinner will feature a Mexican and Peruvian inspired menu to highlight the flavors of tangy limes, fragrant cilantro, sweet citrus, spicy chilis, luscious mangoes, and creamy avocados, using the freshest fish and produce and local and organic ingredients where ever possible.

What you won't find in any Healthibella recipe?

  • anything artificial and pseudo foods
  • processed meats, cheeses, and juices
  • wheat (even 'whole' wheat)
  • vegetable oils
  • table salt or sugar—refined, raw, cane, brown, etc.

What can you expect?

  • vibrant colorful vegetables and fruit
  • herbs, seeds, and nuts
  • fresh sustainable fish, grass fed meats, organic poultry
  • organic pasture raised eggs and organic dairy
  • whole, unrefined grains (wheat-free and gluten free)

* Because of time constraints, the Raw Chocolate Coconut & Fig Mousse will be prepared ahead of time, but the recipe will be given to all guests.

** The event will take place at this private, elegantly refurbished 17th century finca in Soller (address and directions will be given to guests). Come prepared to chop, mince, slice, dice, season, sip, eat, laugh, and be amazed at how delicious healthy food really is! We will be cooking the meal together at rotating stations, not individually at solo stations
