Personalized Porridge Mix

Oat and buckwheat porridge can be a bit boring, so I like to prepare my own blend of different nutrient-packed grains and seeds so it's at the ready whenever my family and I want a warm and cozy breakfast or snack. Just add your favorite plant milk and top with fresh, seasonal fruit. This week, we're enjoying the first organic blueberries of the year!

Tip: if you add add a couple of dark chocolate pieces into the mix when it's warm, it will melt into the most delicious choco-porridge ever! Because chocolate is a great way to start any day!

From the bottom up:

  • millet
  • quinoa
  • amaranth
  • sunflower seeds
  • chia seeds
  • desiccated coconut

Put the lid on the jar, gently shake to mix it up, and cook it in the morning or whenever you want a snack.
